I've learned to fall in love with uncovering the core problem, because it has proven to be key to implementing an impactful solution

Ever since I started my Service Design path, my main drive has been to help people by understanding what they truly need. I've always believed that to create something useful, you first need to listen and then act. This belief has guided me in getting close to the people I design for, asking them questions and really hearing their answers.

Building on this foundation, I enjoy prototyping new ideas. It's like assembling a puzzle, where each piece is an idea that could solve a problem. This flexibility, developed during my Interior Architecture studies, has been key in my journey, allowing adaptation and refinement of solutions until they have a positive impact.
